Shortcodes - SHORTCODE & ORIGINATOR ID CUSTOMISATION

Dear ADMIN

*regarding shortcode, is there a minimum contract , 3 12 etc?
is it rolling month to month after that or renewal again for a set minimum term?
*does the setup fee of £99 include the first months service charge of £19.99?
*i will be sending alot of out bound sms messages on behalf of my customers who provide their client numbers ( not pre opt-in but those that have used their services, so within ico regulations ) and will need a open originator id, on top of the shortcode, please comment, ie on top of using your shortcode for inbound services, i will need a open sender id that i can customise to my customers requirements, like we can in the trial account, difference is, i will need to be able to change it manually from the backend as i require. curently i am with redsms.co.uk, who facilitate the customisation of the originator id but i am not over all satisfied with their services and product line.

kay
www.prorestaurantsolutions.com
MMS messaging - MMS slideshow

We recommend not sending slideshows since some phones display them differently and some phones not at all. This is not something we have control over and it is down to the compatibilty of handsets.

In an instance like this we recommend creating an animated GIF and include text with it instead.

Our system lets you create an MMS file online, so it is really easy.

Yes this is easily possible.

You simply need to choose the keyword (like PRODUCT) then simply use subkeywords as the product code or number (like PRODUCT 1234).

You can have unlimited subkeywords, so the cost is minimal.

Hi Alan,

Yes I know what you mean. So manyt companies simply breach the regulations and still send SMS after STOP has been received.

The company who uses this code is:

MIG (Mobile Interactive Group) Ltd
The Tower Building
11 York Road
London
SE1 7NX
0870 248 0277
customercare@migcan.com
Unfortunately our shortcode services cannot be used as yet in Canada.

However, this will change later this year as we have new services being launched for America, Spain, France and Australia.

Textvertising have launched some faster routes for high volume users that can send approximately 600 SMS/sec per thread with upto 3 consecutive threads per user.

This effectively can deliver 1,000,000 SMS in under 10 minutes to the networks.

High volume users can contact us to discuss this option.
